What the Body Knows, the Threads Reach to Mend
An embodied textile response to invisible wounds and slow-growing strength
"During long-term spinal traction therapy for scoliosis, I experienced both physical pain and ongoing self-reflection. I began to notice a lack of psychological support in many physical treatments — often leaving the mind vulnerable even as the body heals."

"Surrounded by ambient nature sounds in the hospital, I often drifted into moments of stillness and meditation. Inspired by these experiences, I created a knitted installation using yarns with natural textures. Combined with an emotional performance, the work was developed into an artistic short film — a reminder to care for mental well-being alongside physical recovery, and a quiet nod to the plant-like resilience of self-healing."
