Xiangzhi Zheng — or Kiki — is a stylist and creative director working between London and Shanghai. Her work plays with asymmetry, surreal moods, and soft dissonance. She’s drawn to things that don’t quite fit — deconstructed silhouettes, fragile structures, blurred lines between identities and emotions.

Mental health, social issues, and sustainability often sit quietly under the surface of her images. These aren’t just abstract themes — they come from both personal reflection and an instinct to observe what’s happening around her. Xiangzhi’s eye is analytical, but always led by feeling.

She enjoys building visual worlds with others. Xiangzhi’s projects often bring together designers, photographers, makeup artists, lighting designers, and even digital artists and 3D modellers — creating editorials, short films, installations, or digital experiments. She likes the energy of collaboration and is comfortable moving between different mediums when the idea calls for it.

Xiangzhi’s influences are a mix of irony and imagination — from the gothic aesthetics of Tim Burton, to Quentin Tarantino’s stylised violence, to the off-kilter elegance of Miuccia Prada. After interning at Prada, she developed a strong appreciation for the brand’s unapologetic “Ugly Chic” approach — something that still shapes her styling today.

She’s currently working towards shaping bold and emotionally charged visuals for magazines and brands — whether as a stylist, creative director, or producer. With a good sense of how to lead teams and connect creative dots, Xiangzhi thrives in making things happen from concept to execution — always with intention, and a bit of edge.
